The official emblem of the 20th World Scout Jamboree, 2003 Thailand, shows a typical Thai roof with the World Scout emblem at the centre. The roof shape represents Thailand, the host country of this major gathering of world brotherhood for Scouts from different cultures. The Jamboree will offer participants the opportunity to live in peace and harmony, uniting their different cultures under one spirit, the Scout spirit.
The gables in each "A" shape symbolise the development of traditions and cultures, the continuous passing of valuable cultural heritage from generation to generation. It also represents the participation and support from Asian countries to this world event. Participants will experience the warm Thai hospitality and learn Asian cultures while enjoying a variety of challenging activities at the camp site.
