Registration Fees

The registration fees for the 20th World Scout Jamboree have been set in agreement with the World Scout Committee at its November 1999 session, using a tiered system based on the same criteria as for the WOSM fee system.

There are four levels of registration fees, in accordance with the Gross National Product (GNP) per capital of each country. The fees are as follows:

Category A: US$ 210
Category B: US$ 368
Category C: US$ 525
Category D: US$ 735

Contingents paying their registration fees before 31 July 2001 and 31 December 2001 will benefit a 10% or 5% discount respectively.

Deadlines for registration and fee payment

The deadline for registration is 30 June 2002. Registrations will be considered valid if there is a payment of at least 10% of the amount of the respective fees. In the case that these registrations are subsequently withdrawn, this 10% is not refundable. However, if the advance payment has been more than 10 %, the difference will be refunded.

The final deadline for completion of registration fee payments will be 30 September 2002. All fees paid after this date will carry a surcharge of 5%.
